Gaining new insights and offering treatment on the fly

Behavioural health technology for mental disorders
We are convinced that studying symptoms of mental disorders where they actually unfold, in participants’ everyday lives, offers new insights and stimulates research. Thus, we use Ambulatory Assessment (also called EMA or ESM) to examine participants while they go about their daily lives: (a) to assess symptoms, (b) to identify momentary mechanisms, and (c) to provide mHealth interventions.
