FDEF congratulates Thierry Hoscheit

The Faculty of Law, Economics and Finance warmly congratulates Thierry Hoscheit who has been sworn in as the President of Luxembourg’s Supreme Court.

Mr. Hoscheit holds close ties with our Faculty. He is a long-standing guest lecturer at the FDEF and teaches jurisdictional law in the University’s Consumer Law Clinic. His lectures and discussions are widely praised by our students and academic professionals alike.

Effective as of 1 October, Mr. Hoscheit has also been appointed as the President of the Constitutional Court.

We wish Mr. Hoscheit all the best in his new endeavours.
