Abstract

The purpose of this roundtable is to delve into the transformative impact of the AI Act on the justice ecosystem and the legal services sector. The roundtable will explore how the AI Act influences the integration of AI technologies in legal processes, balancing the pursuit of innovation with the imperative of accountability and fairness. Participants will examine key topics such as ethical AI deployment and transparency, as well as the challenges of aligning regulation with rapidly evolving technologies. By fostering a multidisciplinary dialogue, the roundtable aims to provide insights to shape the future of justice in the AI era. This event is co-organised by the University of Luxembourg and Athens Legal Tech.
