At the University of Luxembourg, student engagement matter!
Whether you’re representing your peers, volunteering on campus, or participating in workshops, your contributions help shape a vibrant, inclusive, and forward-thinking university community.
Why get involved?
Getting involved isn’t just about helping out. By taking part in educational, cultural, civic, or sports-related initiatives, you’re actively building a better society and enriching campus life. Plus, it’s a fantastic way to grow personally and professionally.
From boosting your leadership skills to gaining real-world experience, student engagement helps you develop competencies that matter — and the University makes sure your efforts don’t go unnoticed.
Earn a certificate for your commitment
Thanks to the new Certificate in Student Engagement and Leadership driven by the Vice-Rectorate for Academic and Student Affairs, your engagement can now be formally recognised!
Once you accumulate a minimum amount of 10 ECTS through eligible activities, you’ll receive a University Certificate — a valuable addition to your CV and a testament to your dedication.
How you can get involved
There are many ways to contribute, and your engagement can take different forms:
- Volunteering in student associations
- Serving as a student representative
- Participating in Career Centre workshops
- Engaging in Espace Cultures workshops
Not only will your engagement shape the University of Luxembourg and the community, but also build your own future. So why not take that first step today?
