Study Abroad Day 2025

Calling all eligible bachelor students heading on their mandatory exchange semester to join us for the Study Abroad Day!

Also eligible master students interested in doing a semester abroad can join the information sessions.

The International Relations Mobility Team strongly advises bachelor’s students to attend the general information session about their mandatory mobility. If you are interested in doing your exchange semester outside Europe, afterwards you can join also the presentation about Global Exchange Programme that will provide more insights into our partner universities outside Europe.

All eligible bachelor and master students for this year’s information session will receive an email invitation by the International Relations Office in the beginning of November.

The General Informative Session will cover all you need to know about your exchange experience, including:

Possible destinations in and outside Europe (Erasmus +, Global Exchange Programme)
Important application deadlines and documentation
Financial aid and grant opportunities.

Join us on Thursday 13 November and take the chance to:

Discover exchange programmes and application procedures
Speak with ESN Luxembourg to learn about activities organised by other international local ESN sections
Reach out to your faculty contact person if you have any questions about your study programme
Meet and exchange with your fellow travel buddies over some snacks after the info session.

There will be presentations held in EN, FR, DE, so fill free to join us in the language you feel most comfortable.
