📢UNIVERSEH StarTech Summer School 2026 – Space Entrepreneurship: From Idea to Venture – in Luxembourg

Dear students,

The UNIVERSEH European University invites students to participate in the “StarTech Summer School 2026” on Space Entrepreneurship taking place at the University of Luxembourg, Belval Campus.

At a glance

• Online foundation lectures: 15-30 April 2026
• On-site week: 4–8 May 2026
• University of Luxembourg, Belval Campus
• Recognition: 3 ECTS + certificate of participation

Programme highlights

• Online foundation (before the on-site week): Business plan development & opportunity validation (incl. Business Model Canvas)
• Interdisciplinary teamwork
• Pitching & storytelling
• Space foundations (space systems/value chain)
• IP as a foundation for deep-tech start-ups
• The “New Space” ecosystem and business strategies

On-site week (Belval, 4–8 May 2026):

• Team formation & ideation
• Business modelling, validation and mentoring loops
• Pitch training and refinement
• Company visit(s) and interaction with space-sector experts
• Final pitches + closing session

Eligibility

• Bachelor (all years), Master and PhD candidates curious about entrepreneurship, innovation and space technologies, turning ideas into ventures (no start-up experience required) , collaborating across disciplines (STEM, business, humanities, law, etc.)
• Teaching language: English (level B2 recommended)

Note: Participants will be asked to submit an idea during registration, teams are formed ahead of the event to ensure a strong interdisciplinary balance.
