The Student Association for Sustainability (SAS) and the University’s Cinema Club, with the support of the Sustainability Team, invite students and staff to an evening of reflection and discussion around the documentary Eating Our Way to Extinction.
This documentary takes viewers on a global journey to examine the environmental and social impact of our current food system. Through striking visuals and powerful storytelling, it invites us to consider how both individual and collective choices can contribute to a more sustainable future.
The screening will be followed by a panel discussion at 19:30, featuring guest speakers working on food transition and sustainability topics. The discussion will provide an opportunity to further explore the key messages of the film and engage with the audience in an open dialogue.
