Our annual Open Day is a fantastic opportunity to explore our diverse study programs, tour the state-of-the-art Belval campus, and chat to our students and staff. Whether you’re a prospective student, a parent or just curious about what our University has to offer, this event is perfect for you. Attendance is free, and no registration is required. The Open Day will take place on Belval Campus and is scheduled for March 2026.

Anyone is welcome at our Open Day. Whether you’re a prospective student, a parent, interested in the history of Belval, or just looking for a fun day out with the kids, there is something for everyone!

Of couse, everyone is welcome at the Open Day. There will also be family-friendly activities for children.

No, there is no registration for the Open Day.
On the day itself, you can register for different activities like guided tours, but there is no preregistration.

Various cafés and restaurants in Belval are open on Saturday, as well as the university canteens Food House and Food Café.

In the course of the Open Days organized on 15 March 2025 by the University of Luxembourg (the “event”) photos and videos may be taken by the University for a professional use.

The participants are informed by the present notice that they might appear in photos and videos taken in the course of the event. The processing of their image by the University is based on the legitimate interest (art. 6 para. 1 (f) of the General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter the “GDPR”) consisting in informing about and promoting the event to the public.

The University ensures to use the photos and videos in a responsible manner, that is to say for communication purposes only and not for commercial purposes. The photos and videos taken will be published on the website of the University as well as on its social media. The participants have the right to object to the processing of their image by the University, by contacting the team in charge of the organization of the Event .

In accordance with the GDPR, the participants to the event enjoy the right to access, to rectify and to delete their personal data as well as other rights described our rights page.

The participants can exercise their rights according to the procedure described in the above link. In case of questions regarding the processing of their personal data by the University, the participants can contact the Data Protection Officer of the University at dpo@uni.lu.The participants have also the right to introduce a complaint to the supervisory authority, the Commission Nationale pour la Protection des Données (CNPD) in Luxembourg, if they believe that the processing of their personal data by the University infringes the GDPR.
