Past activities

In the context of digital transformation, companies’ expectations regarding training are growing. The need for professionals to understand the scope, the issues and the challenges of training is increasing rapidly, with a renewed focus on the acquisition of hands-on experience in addition to theoretical knowledge.

To address these challenges, the Competence Centre teams have developed and implemented skill development strategies that struck a balance between academic and professional knowledge, practical skills, and key attitudes.

We reviewed and adapted our organisation and methods to respond more effectively to the pedagogical requirements of each training modality—whether face-to-face, distance learning, or hybrid—delivered through individual modules, dedicated courses, or MOOCs. Across all formats, we prioritised quality and pedagogical efficiency.

Throughout these initiatives, we created and deployed a variety of MOOCs and complex digital learning projects. Each project served as an opportunity to reaffirm the excellence of our multidisciplinary team, whose strengths included deep knowledge of national and European economic and professional contexts, tailor-made pedagogical engineering, and the design and implementation of advanced digital learning architectures.

MOOC “Elements of AI” to Demystify Artificial Intelligence
