ED-UNILU supports the New European Bauhaus Festival 2026

Europe Direct University of Luxembourg is proud to support the New European Bauhaus (NEB) Festival 2026, a flagship initiative of the European Commission that celebrates the fusion of culture, sustainability, and innovation.

📍 Brussels and across Europe via Satellite Events

Under the theme “Life. Spaces. Buildings.”, the NEB Festival will explore the transformative power of democratic engagement, with a special focus on affordable housing and inclusive urban development.

The Joint Research Center (JRC) invites citizens, artists, and organizations to contribute to the Festival through three exciting calls for expression of interest:

NEB Fair: laboratory and exhibition to showcase projects (deadline: 15 October 2025)
NEB Fest: celebration for cultural and artistic activities (deadline: 15 October 2025)
NEB Satellite Events: bringing the Festival to each Member State (deadline: 31 December 2025)

Selected participants will receive support to present their work in Brussels and gain international visibility through the Festival’s platform.
