Discover the fascinating world of brain cell dynamics

The Chemical and Molecular Neurobiology team investigates how brain cells interact in health and disease. Researchers use advanced tools like super-resolution microscopy and molecular engineering to reveal what happens inside the brain at the smallest scales. Their work uncovers the mechanisms behind neurological disorders like multiple sclerosis and develops innovative technologies to study the brain. Experience science at the crossroads of microscopy, chemistry, and neurobiology. Visit the lab and try a fun hands-on activity, like building a simple microscope using your smartphone!
