Europe Direct University of Luxembourg participates in Regional Training of EUROPE DIRECT Centres
On 24 Wednesday and 25 Thursday of May 2023, Europe Direct University of Luxembourg participated in the first regional training of EUROPE DIRECT centres in Amsterdam. The training was held in close cooperation with the European Parliament, given the focus on the year before the European elections.
This training was a unique opportunity for EUROPE DIRECT centre staff to learn about the latest developments in the European Union and to share best practices with colleagues from across Europe. The training covered a wide range of topics, including the European Union’s budget, the European Green Deal, the EU’s digital transformation, the EU’s role in the world, and the European Parliament and the upcoming European elections.
The training also included interactive workshops and networking sessions on best practices and challenges and on European elections in 2024 moderated by EUROPE DIRECT centres.
This training was a valuable opportunity for our staff to learn more about the EU and to share our knowledge with others.
