The Jean Monnet House Service of the European Parliament has organized the 4th edition of the annual conference Taking stock of European Memory Policies on Friday 10 December from 9.30 am to 1 pm.
Europe Direct University of Luxembourg was pleased to take part to this event.
The event has brought together representatives from the European Parliament, the European Commission and the Council of Europe with the aim of discussing the state of play of European memory policies in Europe, and notably the main goals expected with the new European funding programme “Citizens, Equality, Rights and Values” (CERV) in supporting European remembrance and the Union values.
Co-organised by the Maison Jean Monnet, the House of European History and the European Observatory on Memory (EUROM), the meeting was open to all people interested in memory policies and remembrance actions projects.
The Instituto Spinelli also took part in the roundtable on the 80th anniversary of the Manifesto di Ventotene.
