As you are probably (or hopefully) aware, currently the Conference on the Future of Europe is taking place with events throughout the EU.
In this context we are pleased to invite you together with the Office of the European Parliament to a debate taking place Thursday, 18 November, 18.30 – 20.00, in Luxembourg-Kirchberg, at the European school I (23 Boulevard Konrad Adenauer, 1115 Luxembourg). You can debate together with Foreign Minister Jean Asselborn, the Vice-President of the European Parliament, Katarina Barley, the Luxembourgian Member of the European Parliament, Isabel Wiseler-Lima, and the Research Assistant at the Luxembourg Center for Contemporary and Digital History (University of Luxembourg), Guido Lessing, about the Solidarity in the EU Member states. In fact, since this is a Conference on the Future of Europe event it is aimed to be highly participative with the two thirds of the debate being opened to questions, remarks, demands from the public.
The event will be in Luxembourgian and German, with a simultaneous translation into German and English. You can feel free to ask your questions in Luxembourgian, German, French and English.
Since the number of available seats is limited we would like you to confirm your attendance as quickly as possible via: epluxembourg@ep.europa.eu.
Following your mail you will get a confirmation about your registration.
We hope to see you on 18 November to discuss with you the Future of Europe!
