About

The AI4HR project aims to revolutionise human resource management by harnessing artificial intelligence to streamline recruitment, enhance talent development, and elevate employee engagement. The primary goals are: (1) to integrate AI-driven data analytics into HR processes, enabling the extraction of actionable insights from complex candidate and employee data; (2) to develop advanced algorithms that optimise recruitment and selection procedures through automated résumé screening, candidate matching, and bias reduction; and (3) to create predictive tools that monitor employee performance and forecast workforce trends for strategic planning. The analysis will leverage sophisticated machine learning models to evaluate diverse datasets, including résumés, performance metrics, and employee feedback. Techniques such as natural language processing for résumé parsing and sentiment analysis for gauging employee engagement will be employed to uncover hidden patterns and ensure that communications are effectively interpreted. This project combines human resource expertise with cutting-edge AI technology to develop industry-ready solutions that promote a “data-driven HR” approach. By enhancing transparency, fairness, and efficiency in HR practices, AI4HR empowers organisations to build diverse, high-performing teams whilst ensuring adherence to evolving labour regulations.
