Joachim Geske received his PhD degree from the Halle/Wittenberg University (Germany). He is an energy economist who worked as scientist at Imperial College London, Forschungszentrum Jülich (FZJ) and the Halle Institute for Economic Research (IWH). He is interested in applying economic principles to various issues of energy systems – thereby improving the understanding and the design of these systems. Joachim joined the Digital Financial Services and Cross-Organizational Digital Transformations research group, FINATRAX, headed by Prof. Gilbert Fridgen.
