The multidisciplinary artist and developer Max Kreis currently explores links between AI and neurosciences
In September 2024, Max Kreis inaugurated the first residency collaboration between Casino Display and the University of Luxembourg. During his residency, he has been closely working with the Luxembourg Center for System Biomedicine (LCSB), blurring the boundaries between art and sciences.
On 23 October 2024 at 14.00, a symposium gathering artists and researchers will take place at Casino Displayto conclude the artist residency. Guest speakers such as Prof. Christoph Schommer (Uni.lu associate professor in Artificial Intelligence) and Dr. Andreas Husch (Uni.lu Research Scientist / PI Imaging AI Group (LCSB)) will present their research and reveal the links between Artificial Intelligence and Art.
The talks will be followed by discussions with the public and with Max Kreis; the symposium will at the same time mark the inauguration of his end-of-residency exhibition.
This event is open to all.
