The play “Fine-”, written and directed by Sabina Anton and Kimberly Gerneck, questions the components of well-being and invites the audience to reflect on what it really means to be “fine”.
BelvalExpress Theater’s latest play connects psychologists Edward Deci and Richard Ryan’s Self-Determination Theory with theater in order to raise awareness of self-care and the psychological processes behind everyday functioning.
The BelvalExpress Theater creates plays that bring psychological topics into a theatrical context, making them more tangible and easier to grasp. We wish to foster connections between students and give them a new experience through the promotion of creative exchanges.
