Yoga for Beginners

This Yoga for Beginners course is designed for those new to yoga or looking to refresh their practice. The focus of the course is on proper alignment and technique for basic yoga poses, or asanas. Through a combination of traditional yoga postures and functional stretches, students will work to increase flexibility and improve overall body awareness. Whether you’re looking to improve your physical fitness, reduce stress, or simply find a sense of calm, this class will provide a supportive environment for growth and learning
