Mindful moments – CANCELLED

The practice of mindfulness will help you to shift your thoughts away from your usual preoccupations towards an appreciation of the moment and a larger perspective on life.
By introducing a guided mindful moment online, we will support and motivate you in pausing regularly throughout the day and cultivate a mindfulness routine, which might reduce stress and negativity, sustain a positive outlook and nurture self-compassion.
