AI and machine learning for biomedical image analysis

tumor segmentation

The AI in Biomedical Imaging group, led by Dr. Shekoufeh Gorgi Zadeh, develops machine learning methods to analyse and process complex biomedical imaging data.

A glimpse into our research

We develop innovative, trustworthy AI and machine learning methods for image analysis in close collaboration with biologists and clinicians. Our methods address challenges such as limited data, uncertainty, and interpretability, supporting research and clinical decision-making across diverse imaging applications.
