Insights into Scienteens Lab’s activities in physics and chemistry
This interactive lecture will provide an overview of the methodology of the Scienteens Lab. It will showcase how to bring the lab into the classroom and to integrate new teaching methods. Participants will discover several physics workshops that were developed by the Scienteens Lab and how part of these practical activities can be implemented in the classroom.
Insights into three different physics workshops (Mayonnaise, a culinary star on the test bench / Modern spectroscopy in the field of materials research / High-tech research for better solar cells) will give the opportunity to discuss several scientific concepts and to explore different technologies and their applications.
To take part in this online lecture, participants need a connection to Microsoft Teams, a microphone and a camera (PC, laptop, iPad, no smartphone).
Registered participants will receive an invitation shortly before the lecture and should connect to Microsoft Teams 15-20 minutes before it starts.
