Predictions from time-series data
The team collaborates closely with biologists and clinicians to build mathematical models that help pinpoint the onset and underlying mechanisms of diseases. The models are built from a wide range of time-series data, from molecular to clinical, and have key predictive powers that are subsequently experimentally validated.
