For five consecutive years, the Forum of Procedural Law of the CJEU, originally initiated by the Max Planck Institute for European and International Procedural Law and now organised by LCEL at the University of Luxembourg, has been publishing high-quality papers addressing key procedural issues affecting the Court of Justice, the General Court, and national courts in the application of EU law.
This edition features scholarly works on topics such as the reform of the Statute of the Court of Justice, damages claims, and the application of EU law in national courts.
The Yearbook stems from the fifth edition of the Forum on Procedural Law of the CJEU, held on February 27, 2023, at the Max Planck Institute Luxembourg for Procedural Law. This event serves as a significant platform for specialists in EU law and procedural law to engage in dialogue and comparative analysis with domestic and international courts.
