The Court of Justice of the European Union was led, to once again, re-examine its Meroni doctrine in the context of the Fundación Tatiana Pérez decision it delivered last June.
This presentation will attempt to define where we stand after this judgement as regards the delegation of powers to agencies. It will also seek to determine what its implications for other agencies and in particular for the newly created Anti-Money Laundering Agency (AMLA) could be.
The registration is closed.
