Vienna recently hosted the Hugo Sinzheimer Moot Court Competition 2024 from June 20th to June 22nd. This prestigious event featured 12 teams of law students from 13 different countries competing in European Labor Law.
The competition provided a unique platform for law students to share their expertise, engage in rigorous legal debates, and gain invaluable experience in the field of labor law.
Participants revealed their skills in a realistic courtroom setting, enhancing their legal knowledge and encouraging international connections.
The jury for the event included one of our expert, Luca Ratti, associate professor in European and comparative labour law, alongside other academics, members of the French Court of Cassation, and legal practitioners.
Their collective expertise added significant value to the competition, ensuring a high standard of adjudication and reaction for the participants.
The event was a resounding success, offering participants a memorable and educational experience in the heart of Europe.
