Giulia Raimondo, Postdoctoral Researcher in International Law, has been elected for a four-year term as a member of the Coordinating Committee of the European Society of International Law (ESIL) Interest Group on Migration and Refugee Law (MigRefLaw).
MigRefLaw, which consists of 280 members, is one of the interest groups of the ESIL that focuses on the laws and policies of states and international organizations concerning people who seek entry to their communities. ‟ Been elected to ESIL IG on MigRefLaw is a great honour and a wonderful opportunity to engage with fellow scholars dedicated to understanding and addressing the complex legal challenges surrounding migration and refugee issues. My goal is to contribute to meaningful dialogue and scholarship that can foster greater respect for human rights in the context of migration.”
