Abstract

On 18 November 2025, the OECD published its latest update of the OECD Model Tax Convention and related Commentary. In this seminar, leading international tax law experts provide their insights on the impact of the new features, significant reservations entered by important jurisdictions, as well as notable omissions in addressing key questions that have been arising in international tax law over the past decade.
