Abstract

The Department of Law of the Faculty of Law, Economics and Finance of the University of Luxembourg and the Luxembourg Centre for European Law (LCEL) welcome Advocates General of the CJEU Tamara Ćapeta, Nicholas Emiliou, Laila Medina, Athanasios Rantos, Jean Richard de la Tour, Dean Spielmann and the Italian Constitutional Court judge Giovanni Pitruzzella (Advocate General at the Court of Justice from 2018 to 2023), to a debate with the academic staff of the University of Luxembourg and Professors Fabrice Picod (University Paris 2, Panthéon-Assas) et François-Xavier Millet (University of Antilles), on the notions of discretion and margin of appreciation.
