How did Luxembourg perform in measures of entrepreneurship and innovation in 2025?
LuxRank, a tool developed by the Observatory of Entrepreneurship & Innovation at the University of Luxembourg, within the Chair in Entrepreneurship and Innovation, not only assembles a sample of rankings to provide a snapshot of the entrepreneurial landscape and how Luxembourg performs across different dimensions, but also continuously monitors the evolution and underlying methodologies of these rankings.
The tool invites researchers and analysts to look deeper and consider the source data and methodologies behind the headline rankings. This year’s annual snapshot presents selected international rankings for 2025, providing a clear and concise overview of Luxembourg’s position, its strengths and weaknesses as reflected by the ranking methodologies, as well as its standing relative to neighbouring countries.
LuxRank, developed in collaboration with the Chamber of Commerce and the House of Entrepreneurship, helps economists, researchers, and MEI students follow trends, identify opportunities and stay ahead of potential challenges.
