The University of Luxembourg is delighted to invite you to an in-depth exploration of the European Account Preservation Order (EAPO) and its transformative potential in cross-border debt recovery within the EU. This event marks the presentation of the newly released book, European Account Preservation Order – A Multi-jurisdictional Guide with Commentary, published by Bruylant/Larcier. Co-edited by esteemed scholars and practitioners, including Dr. Nicolas Kyriakides (University of Nicosia), Dr. Heikki A.
