Sebastian Dobre is a PhD researcher in Economics in the Department of Economics and Management. He holds a Master’s degree in Quantitative Economics and Finance and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Management from the University of Luxembourg.
His research investigates the emergence of economic insecurity within and across cities using quantitative spatial modeling and structural estimation. He studies insecurity related to family ties and social interactions, housing markets and landowner market power, and climate-induced migration.
