Dr. Mickaël Géraudel joined the University of Luxembourg in May 2015. He holds a PhD in Management Science (2008, University of Savoie, France) and the French post-doctoral degree of supervising doctoral research in Management science (2013, “HDR”, University of Lyon).
He develops his research activities, as an Associate Professor in Strategy and Entrepreneurship, on the effects of social capital and personality traits of entrepreneurs, innovation in start-ups, and institutional logics in interorganizational strategies. He has presented his research at major international conferences and published his research in peer reviewed journals such as Journal of Business Research, Journal of Small Business Management, and European Management Journal .
Dr. Mickaël Géraudel runs the Chair in Entrepreneurship and Innovation in partnership with the Chamber of Commerce. This chair supports Education through the Master in Entrepreneurship and Innovation programme and supports Research through the funding of academic positions. Moreover, the Chair in Entrepreneurship and Innovation aims at understanding entrepreneurship issues in Luxembourg through the new “Observatoire de l’Entrepreneuriat” that will be launched in 2021.
