U-CORE Interview Archive

The U-CORE Interview Archive is accessible on site only, after submitting a request to the dedicated email address below and receiving confirmation that access has been granted. Access to the Archive may be granted only to professionals for the following five purposes:

  • Research in the humanities and social sciences
  • Scientific publication
  • Academic communication
  • Educational and exhibition purposes
  • Artistic purposes

To request access, please send an email to <email address will be available after the launch of the Archive on 13 May 2026> indicating your intended purpose of use and attach a signed and scanned copy of your affiliation with a public or private institution in PDF format.

If you are not affiliated with a public or private institution relevant to your intended purpose (e.g. an academic institution for researchers, a media organization for journalists, an educational institution for teachers, a museum or gallery for curators, or a theatre or cultural centre for artists), please provide a scanned copy (PDF) of a letter of recommendation from a person affiliated with the institution for which you work as a freelancer. 

Once the librarian has reviewed your request, you will receive a response via email within 14 days.

If the decision is positive:

  • You must present yourself in person in the on-site reading room.
  • You must show your passport or ID card (copies are not accepted) for identity verification.
  • You must present the original affiliation certificate or the original of the signed letter of recommendation previously submitted by email.
  • You will be required to sign the Terms and Conditions.
