First issue of ‘Liens Migrations’ out now!

Liens Migrations March 2026 Cape Verdean Presences

Liens Migrations is a publication of the History and Migrations Chair, established in 2025 as a collaborative undertaking between the University of Luxembourg / C²DH and the City of Dudelange, in partnership with the Documentation Centre for Human Migration (CDMH).  

Published on a quarterly basis in digital and print format, in French and English, the multidisciplinary journal is a way of making new knowledge about the history of migration accessible to a broad audience.

The first issue, officially presented on 24 March 2026 to a large audience at the town hall in Dudelange, focuses on the Cape Verdean presence in Luxembourg and offers a variety of perspectives and voices on the topic. The issue was directed by Sarah Maya Vercruysse, Heidi Martins and Denis Scuto.
