Before joining SnT, she worked for two years as a consultant for the European Commission, working on a labour market and skills project.
Laura’s academic pursuits revolve around the confluence of energy markets and economics. She endeavours to examine the ways in which technology, knowledge, and skills can drive a shift towards pro-environmental behaviour, specifically in regards to energy consumption. Her ultimate objective is to forge collaborative, evidence-based solutions between citizens, corporations, and governments to foster sustainable resource utilisation and enhance the overall well-being of society.
Laura is currently working on the FlexBeAn project, studying the flexibility potential of households and its determinants. In particular, she is analysing the role of incentives and energy literacy skills in the provision of flexibility.
