    Better understanding breast cancer

    Researchers from the University of Luxembourg have demonstrated that Ser5 phosphorylation of the actin-bundling protein L-plastin increases breast cancer cell invasiveness. Their findings have been published in the renowned open access journal “Cell Communication and Signaling”.

The research topics included masonry walls, IT security, geometry, large scale modeling, causes of Parkinson’s disease, light-matter interaction, laser welding, system protocols and voting procedures.

    The third European BioImage Analysts Conference NEUBIAS gathered almost 300 participants from 2 to 8 February 2019 in Luxembourg.
