Current students at the Luxembourg School of Finance were able to meet representatives from a number of companies active in the financial sector during the LSF’s third annual Recruitment Week.
During this week, recruiters are able to present their companies to prospective employees, allowing students to better understand the career paths available in the Luxembourg financial sector, know more about the companies and schedule interviews for internships.
At the same time, Recruitment Week partner companies can get to know the future graduates, their profiles, skills and knowledge. In advance of the week, each company was supplied with a CV of each participating student.
This year, around 70 students from the full-time and part-time options of the MSc in Banking and Finance and the Master in Wealth Management took advantage of Recruitment Week to take the next step in their professional development. They met with representatives from 22 companies.

Recruitment Week is only one of several initiative to ensure student success after graduation. Among other activities, the LSF also organises an annual soft skills week aimed at preparing students for the realities of the labour market.
Over three quarters of LSF students begin their careers in Luxembourg upon the successful completion of their degree programmes.
