Nicole Perez Becker joined the Luxembourg Centre for Logistics and Supply Chain Management (LCL) as a full-time PhD student in February 2018.
Prior to joining the LCL, Nicole completed a MSc in Industrial Engineering at Koç University, Turkey, where her research focused on biobjective combinatorial optimisation. She holds a Business Administration degree in Economics from Swarthmore College and an MBA from Duke University – The Fuqua School of Business.
In addition to her academic background, Nicole has significant industry experience having worked as a management consultant on supply chain strategy and operational optimisation projects across various industries including energy, healthcare, and retail in North America, Europe and the Middle East.
Nicole’s current research focuses on revenue management applications in service industries and is supervised by Prof. Benny Mantin.
