Join the Czech-Luxembourgish Robotics Day on 14 May 2019, an event celebrating a common passion for artificial intelligence, robotics and autonomous systems – be it in electronics, software or materials.

This full-day event is organized by the Czech Embassy in Luxembourg with the aim to foster collaboration between academia and industry from the Czech Republic and Luxembourg with a focus on robotics and autonomous vehicles & systems. It includes theoretical panels as well as technology demonstrations and pitches, targeting researchers, industry representatives working in R&D or tech transfer, as well as strategic decision makers and early adopters. Prof. Holger Voos will be giving a presentation on Mobile Robotics Research. Speakers from the University also includes Dr. Georgios Varisteas, Prof. Peter Plapper.

Some of the most prominent researchers of both countries, accompanied by a number of entrepreneurs in those domains, closely cooperating with leading world companies such as Airbus, ESC Aerospace, Lego, Microsoft, Siemens, VW, Toyota, and others, will present their R&D results.

It will be a day full of inspiration, contacts and matchmaking opportunities, with a networking lunch and an optional visit of the Robotics Research Laboratories at the University of Luxembourg and its Interdisciplinary Centre for Security, Reliability and Trust (SnT).
