ILNAS, in collaboration with the University of Luxembourg, is organizing an event to celebrate World Standards Day on Friday, October 14th, 2022, starting at 1:30 pm, at the Maison de la Biomédecine II (Biotech II) on the Esch-Belval Campus.
During this event, ILNAS will give an update on the 2020-2030 national standardization strategy for the sectors identified, in this framework, as promising for the economy – Information and Communication Technologies (ICT), aerospace and construction – proposing a retrospective of ad hoc standardization developments carried out in 2022.
The University of Luxembourg will detail the progress of the joint ILNAS/University of Luxembourg-SnT research program: « Technical Standardization for Trustworthy ICT, Aerospace and Construction » (2021-2024). At this occasion, the three doctoral students involved in the program will present the first insights of their research projects and the associated objectives.
To close this World Standards Day, ILNAS will be pleased to deliver the new « ILNAS Standardization & Innovation Award 2022 » before inviting all participants to share a cocktail in order to encourage the sharing of experiences. This event is also an opportunity for ILNAS to thank the national community which take part in technical standardization for the benefit of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.
