The University of Luxembourg and Amazon Web Services are now accepting proposals to all fields of science, interdisciplinary centres and faculties from the University of Luxembourg and public research institutions across Luxembourg for accessing the HPC cloud computing Amazon.
Collaboration with Amazon
In September 2022, the University of Luxembourg through its HPC team announced a collaboration with Amazon Web Services (AWS) to deploy Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (Amazon EC2) cloud computing infrastructure with the objective to accelerate strategic High-Performance Computing (HPC) research and development in Europe.
Using Amazon EC2 instances powered by AWS Graviton3, the University of Luxembourg will make cutting-edge computing capacities available to all Principal Investigators.
