Three different studies will be presented in how to perform research in co-creation with older adults. Namely, the Belgian Ageing Studies research project, D-SCOPE and BZW co-create of Innoviris. The concepts of co- and peer-research, co-creation, ageism and empowerment will be explained. Finally, results of evidence-based research will be demonstrated on the topic of civic engagement.
