Bill Aulet is the managing director of the Martin Trust Center for MIT Entrepreneurship at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and a senior lecturer at the MIT Sloan School of Management (responsible for entrepreneurship across all MIT schools).

His bestseller “Disciplined Entrepreneurship”, which will soon be released in French (“La discipline entrepreneuriale. 24 étapes pour developper une entreprise avec succès.”), has been translated in over 20 languages so far.

In his book Bill Aulet has broken down the steps to build a business around an idea into 24 easy-to-understand steps and offers multiple case studies that show their individual applications.

The course of the Masterclass will follow the 24 steps split as below:

  • Day 1 (16 March): Steps 1-11 + Primary Market Research
  • Day 2 (17 March): Steps 12-14 + Importance of a team and raison d’être
