The conference will focus on the detection and protection of vulnerable migrants in the international protection procedure. It will include two panels: Panel 1 will present the concept of ‘vulnerability’ from a scientific perspective and examine how the EU and the different EU Member States apply this concept in their international protection procedures. Panel 2 will take the shape of an expert discussion focusing on the Luxembourgish context.
