For the upcoming session of Revenue Management, the LCL is happy to get a guest speaker.
Iris Van Goethem, Vice President Revenue Management in Cargolux will talk about cargo revenue management, how to bridge the gap between dynamic pricing and revenue management, and how to leap from theory into practice.
The primary objectives of this course are:
- Develop understanding of revenue management mechanisms
- Apply analytical methods to address issues in revenue management
- Understand issues (such as legal and behavioural) in pricing.
- Through interactive cases, experience challenges in implementing revenue management.
