Mrs. Westermann will present to the origins court decisions publication from Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) as well as national decisions publication through the tools developed by EUR-Lex.
Matthieu Quiniou will present the European Commission for the Efficiency of Justice which is an intergovernmental commission dedicated to improving the efficiency of justice in the member states of the Council of Europe. He will present the reflections that have taken place within the CEPEJ concerning AI tools developped by the member states for processing these court decisions.
