In today\u2019s fast paced and increasingly complex environment, issues and challenges inevitably arise. Whether it is a difference of perspective, a procedural problem, or a wider institutional concern, resolving these problems quickly, effectively, and empathetically is crucial in order for us to maintain a thriving community. This is where the Go-to-Team comes in. Our members act on the ground, as a first point of contact and offer a safe space for dialogue and exchange with the primary goal of providing guidance on what options there are to solve a problem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The Go-to-Team member is someone&nbsp;<\/strong>who operates in confidence and can be contacted anonymously by all members of the doctoral community, including doctoral candidates, their supervisors and other stakeholders in doctoral research and education. To avoid any potential conflict of interest, we recommend contacting someone who is not part of the same department\/programme, whenever possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-unilux-blocks-heading\"        id=\"go-to-team-principles\"\n    >\nGo-To-Team Principles<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-unilux-blocks-highlighted-list list-highlighted list-highlighted--architectural\"><li class=\"list-highlighted__item  wp-block-unilux-blocks-highlighted-list-item\">\n    <header class=\"list-highlighted__header wp-block-unilux-blocks-highlighted-list-item-header\">\n    \n<h4 class=\"title text-18 font-bold has-text-align-left wp-block-unilux-blocks-heading\"        id=\"confidentiality\"\n    >\nConfidentiality<\/h4>\n<div class=\"wp-block-unilux-blocks-bigtext\">\n    <span>\n        \n    <\/span>\n<\/div><\/header><div class=\"list-highlighted__body wp-block-unilux-blocks-highlighted-list-item-body\">\n    <div class=\"wp-block-unilux-blocks-highlighted-list-item-free-content-area\">\n    \n<p>Coordination within the administrative services may be necessary to provide appropriate assistance while respecting confidentiality.
