During his career he has been Professor of Economics at the University of Bologna and at the London School of Economics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He earned a Ph.D. in Economics at Bocconi University and a Ph.D. in Economics at the Universit\u00e9 Catholique de Louvain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He is the co-author of many works in international trade, urban economics and economic geography. His recent publications focus on the competitiveness of firms in the global economy as well as the economic effects of immigration and offshoring on employment and wages.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-unilux-blocks-spacer is-spacer-size-sm\"><\/div>\n\n\n<p><strong>Language:<\/strong> English<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is a free lecture.
