id=\"reporting-an-incident\"\n    >\nReporting an incident<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>The University wants for all members of the campus community to be able to learn, work and live in a safe, respectful environment.<br>It is important to seek help and support if you are experiencing any form of bullying or harassment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The University responds to all allegations of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uni.lu\/life-en\/equality-inclusion-diversity\/dignity-and-respect\/discrimination-and-harassment\/\">discrimination and harassment<\/a> and takes steps to ensure that every report is handled with care and attention, in accordance with the University\u2019s policies, regulations and values.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When the University becomes aware that a member of the campus community may have been subjected to or affected by discriminatory and\/or unwanted behaviour, the University will take prompt action, including reviewing of the matter and, if necessary, initiating an investigation and taking appropriate action to stop the discrimination and\/or harassment. The course of action taken by the University, including any disciplinary procedures (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.uni.lu\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/9\/2023\/11\/Loi-du-27-juin-2018-modifiee-ayant-pour-objet-lorganisation-de-lUniversite-du-Luxembourg.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Section VI of the University Act<\/a>), will depend on the specific facts and circumstances involved.
